2. The terms and conditions may be changed from time to time by the Managing Trustee of R N Malhotra & Anna R Malhotra Charitable Trust and the donor needs to accept the terms and conditions before transferring the funds to the Trust’s account.
3. R N Malhotra & Anna R Malhotra Charitable Trust does not accept donations from the following: –
   • Donors engaged in any kind of illegal activity(ies).
   • Donor whose source of income is anonymous.
   • Any foreign donation from Individual/ Company/ Organization etc.
   • Donations from a person engaged in political or religious activity(ies).
4. Any content posted on the website cannot be used for commercial/advertisement purposes without the written consent of R N Malhotra & Anna R Malhotra Charitable Trust.
5. Any modification, redistribution, or commercial use of the content on the website is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the R N Malhotra & Anna R Malhotra Charitable Trust.
6. R N Malhotra & Anna R Malhotra Charitable Trust will not be liable for any losses or damage, including personal injury, resulting from the use of this website.
