Future ready
Dev, a Class 5 student in the South-extension MCD school ( in 2022-23)completed his primary school education in 2023 and has now gone to middle school. The R N Malhotra & Anna Malhotra Charitable Trust & the NGO Katha taught robotics to Dev, among hundreds of other children in the primary school . He was a very naughty and restless child in the beginning, but we channelized his energy in the right direction. He used to take the maximum interest in the Robotics class and came up with the most creative, innovative and productive robots. One of his creations was a robotic trolley, which can be used in hospitals to cart medicines and can assist elderly people in easily transporting medicines and essentials from one part of the house to the other.
Dev comes from a financially challenging background, but he never let that overpower his passion for technology and education. The Trust has worked consistently for children like Dev, who have tremendous potential to flourish. Currently the R N Malhotra & Anna Malhotra Charitable Trust runs remedial classes in government schools in rural Faridabad.
